Who Are We?

CrossFit North Palm Beaches is a group training fitness facility where quality comes before quantity and where vanity and ego are left outside our doors.  As a CrossFit affiliate, we abide by the CrossFit methods, principles and concepts via constantly varied, functional movements performing them at a high intensity.  We utilize proven training methods which are measurable, observable and repeatable by recording data and improving overall fitness and wellness.

 We are a strength and condition/performance enhancement facility.  We offer a complete fitness and dietary health and wellness program.  We optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized domains which are: 

· Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance

· Stamina

· Flexibility

· Strength

· Power

· Speed

· Coordination

· Agility

· Balance

· Accuracy

Our members include but are not limmited to housewives, athletes, firefighters/police, and military.  Our MEMBERS are YOU, because this fitness is demanded of life, sport and combat.

Why Group Training Works?

Group training offers a high level of personal attention with the addition of positive peer influence.  Natural camaraderie, competition and fun of sport yield an intensity that is unparalleled and cannot be experienced in one-on-one training.  You are motivated to push harder in a group dynamic.

Our methods foster teamwork, camaraderie, motivation, focus, family and sense of belonging.  We create fitter, healthier people.  We combine strength training and cardio using a different workout every day that is both tiemely and effective.

Routine Is Our Enemy! 

How Are We Different?

We run, jump, climb, push, pull, lift, press, squat, carry, throw, and catch. We use body weight, medicine balls, free weights, plyo boxes, jump ropes, kettlebells and pull up bars. We do so using OUR ENTIRE BODY; not isolating a certain muscle group. By doing so, we   properly and equally tax and exhaust every major muscle group which makes you work 10x as hard, burning 10x more the calories and increasing your heart rate 10x more than you ever will.

The workout of the day (WOD) is the same for everyone. The intensity and weight / load resistance is adapted to each individual’s current fitness level.

CrossFit requires less equipment but quality professional expertise on the part of our trainers and coaches. The Workout Of The Day is constantly varied and the intensity and resistance is adapted to each individual’s current fitness level. Performed in a safe, effective and timely manner.
